The challenge
Most Giftkdiu orders come from Nepalis abroad sending something home for a birthday or anniversary, often the same day. The store had to make delivery city and time obvious, take local payments, and still let people who'd rather talk order on WhatsApp. The timeline and budget were both limited.
What we built
We chose a proven commerce stack over a custom build so the budget went into the flows that matter: city-based delivery zones, delivery-time selection at checkout, eSewa and Khalti payments, and WhatsApp ordering as a first-class path. Simple to run day to day without a developer on call.
Key features
- 01City-based delivery across Kathmandu Valley, Itahari, Dharan, Biratnagar and Inaruwa
- 02Delivery date and time-slot selection at checkout
- 03eSewa and Khalti payments for local customers
- 04WhatsApp ordering for customers who prefer a conversation
- 05Combo hampers built from cakes, flowers and chocolates
“We had a limited timeline and budget. MeetOnChai guided us toward the right solution, kept things simple, and made sure the website looked professional and worked properly.”
